Opening times

We are open ALL YEAR round except 2 weeks at Christmas, please check term dates with the setting as the dates change slightly each year depending on what day Christmas falls.

We open from 8am-6pm (8-9am is breakfast session time. Breakfast included.)

The children can choose to be with us ALL YEAR round or Term-Time only to suit everyone's needs.

15 hours/30 hours Free Education Places

We are able to offer 15 hours of Free Early Education for 2 year olds and 30 hour places for 3 and 4 year olds to eligible families.

All children are eligible for 15 hours of Free Early Education from the term after their third birthday.

Parent Updates

You are welcome to talk to your child’s Key worker during times of drop-off or collection. We also have contact books for those in our Baby Room.

Three times a year we have a Parents Evening to discuss your childs progress. We follow the EYFS for all childrens learning and development. In the next year we hope to roll-out a parent-portal for parents to see daily/weekly updates about their child/ren.

Security

The entrance door is manned by a staff member when open. It is then kept locked during opening hours with staff key fob entry only.

We have a password system on entry for any non-recognised family/friend child pick-ups. All visitors have to sign in and out and are supervised.

Meals

If your child is staying for lunch you can either bring a pack lunch from home (please ensure that you provide a cold pack because there is no fridge capacity). OR we can provide lunch for £2.00 a day.

Lunch will consist of a brown (or white if preferred) sandwich, crisps, grapes and a yoghurt (or similar).

Evening Meals are charged at £3.00 and are a hot, fresh dinner changed termly but consists of items such as homemade pizza with crudities, home made macaroni or spaghetti bolognaise etc. 

Discounts to Kidz Planet

We are happy to provide discounts to Kidz Planet if your child/children stays with us for the following hours per week:-

15 hours > each visit your child will receive a 20% discount on entry

30 hrs > each visit your child will receive FREE entry into Kidz Planet.

The only exclusion is February and October half term weeks.

What to supply?

We ask you to provide nappies(if needed), a change of each item of clothing and sun-tan lotion during the summer.

Nappies - 50p per Nappy

Vouchers

We accept Childcare vouchers for most of the main providers in the UK. Please call to confirm that your Company vouchers are acceptable (01303 277773 opt 3).
